LIVESTOCK AM OUTLOOK
Although the load movement was light Monday, the movement shows demand for expensive cuts and the cheaper cuts is good. Choice rib sections and loin sections are moving as well as less expensive cuts making ground beef.
Technically, Monday was an inside day up on futures. Volume was good on June but light on July on out. Pork is moving higher, and it is going to be hard to break futures with a good pork market.
