Lower Livestock Prices
Live Cattle and Feeders moved up Tuesday. With Boxed beef coming off last Friday’s lows and turning higher Monday, sellers couldn’t justify pushing futures lower.
On good movement the pork carcass cutout was down $3.01 . Load moved was 438 loads. Loins, Hams, Bellies. ribs and butts were all lower with Hams down $8.54. Bellies are about $40 lower than the early Monday sales.
