MORNING LIVESTOCK FUTURES OUTLOOK
CATTLE COMPLEX
December live cattle moved up to the 100 day moving average and the august 15th high where prices broke the following day. Spread traders did a little tightening of bear spreads.
PORK COMPLEX
Thursday was another light volume trade. December GLOBEX volume was 14,630 contracts and February just 7,583 contracts. October moved closer to the CME Index and traders were lightly taking in bear spreads from December 2024 through June 2025.
